These are 25 other states and what travel restrictions there are, if any. For a full list of states, read part 1 as well. Thank you.

Montana- There are currently no travel restrictions to visit this state. Glacier National Park, “for example”, is requiring visitors to reserve your trip online before going.

Nebraska- Though there are no statewide travel restrictions in Nebraska, international travelers must take a Covid 19 test and follow quarantining requirements.

Nevada- There are no restrictions to visit this state. The state recommends following CDC guidelines.

New Hampshire- Domestic visitors to the state are no longer required to quarantine or take a Covid 19 test to enter the state, but it is still recommended to get tested 3-5 days after arriving. However, people who have traveled internationally within 10 days of arriving in New Hampshire or have been on a cruise ship do need to follow testing and quarantine protocols unless they meet certain exceptions.

New Jersey- There are no statewide travel restrictions for New Jersey.

New Mexico- People traveling from out of state are recommended, but not required to, quarantine for 10 days and to get a Covid 19 test.

North Dakota- There are no restrictions to travel to this state.

Ohio- There are no statewide travel restrictions to enter this state. The state recommends following the CDC guidelines.

Puerto Rico- Fully vaccinated travelers to this US commonwealth island must upload their vaccination card to the island's online portal, which will generate a QR code. Non-vaccinated travelers on domestic flights must have a negative result from a Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours of arrival. If you come without a test, you must test within 48 hours of arrival and quarantine pending results.

Rhode Island- Fully vaccinated travelers do not need to quarantine if it's been at least 14 days since your final vaccine, and if you have not shown symptoms of Covid-19 before traveling to Rhode Island.

Unvaccinated domestic travelers must quarantine for 10 days upon arrival or show proof of a negative Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours of arrival if coming from a state considered a "hot spot."

Unvaccinated international travelers must quarantine for 10 days upon arrival. Quarantine time can be shortened to seven days if you receive a negative Covid-19 test at least five days after you've arrived.

Also, if you are fully vaccinated, be sure to carry your COVID-19 vaccine card with you and be prepared to show it when asked.

Virginia- There are no statewide restrictions to travel to this state.

Washington D.C- The nation's capital is loosening its travel restrictions. Travelers who are not fully vaccinated and coming from a high-risk area or those staying more than a day still must take a Covid-19 test.

Washington State- There are no travel restrictions for this state.

West Virginia- There are no restrictions while traveling to this state

Wisconsin- There are no statewide travel restrictions. However, the state is discouraging nonessential travel unless you're fully vaccinated.

That is the list of all 50 states plus Washington D.C and Puerto Rico. Many States are opening back up and allowing visitors to view what they have to offer, though you should be mindful about the mandates and guidelines in place in order to keep yourself and those around you safe.

Here is also a list of the CDC travel guidelines to follow when traveling:

  • During Travel

    • Wearing a mask over your face and nose is required on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States and while indoors at U.S. transportation hubs such as airports and stations. Travelers are not required to wear a mask in outdoor areas of a conveyance (like a ferry or top deck of a bus).

    • Follow all state and local recommendations, requirements, including mask wearing and social distancing.

  • After Travel

    • Self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms; isolate and get tested if you develop symptoms.

    • Follow all state and local  recommendations or requirements.

You do NOT need to get tested or self-quarantine if you are fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 3 months. Regardless, you should still follow all other travel recommendations.

I hope that this article has helped you learn about the various ways the 50 States, D.C., and Puerto Rico have begun to open up, and I hope you are safe and happy.
